Travels

A place I missed yesterday LL. Photos below. 

I guess you will never see most of the places I have been or indeed experience the sweeping landscapes or grandeur of real mountains.Funny how you largely stick to Spain for your trips yet one of the places you really enjoyed the most was Sorrento, Italy. I've never really figured out the fascination with Spain. Most of the people who go , including yourself, have never been to the real Spain anyway - I have.

In around a week or so I'll be over in Boston, Mass. catching up with friends and enjoying the Fall in New Hampshire. I think you would love it despite the fact you are a sun and beach person. I doubt you will ever get the opportunity. Vermont to the north of there is equally as lovely...and I just love Massachusetts (and I can spell it!) Maine for lobsters and seafood, naturally. We sometimes go out from Woods Hole, Mass., to see the whales at the right time of the year. Look it up. I first went there in I think 1991 and have some old style photos somewhere.

In the meantime we have some catching up to do in the UK and may well make it to our place near/in Keswick to see a particular friend.....Have to fly up - lack of time.

Driving down to Dorset tomorrow for a long lazy weekend with my wife - think about that steel grey Aston...boy does it move :)

Part of our NH Land Last Fall

The last one is just a reminder of how beautiful it gets in NH in the Fall, and this is a poor example! The colors are fabulous. Can't wait to be back over there. Are you away to somewhere Spanish again soon?

I'll post some Fall photos when we are back home and of the horses. Some other places I ahve been will follow in due course...
