Another Flaunt

I thought I would put in the header above, just to remind you of my background, in part. In case you are wondering, not coming from a forces family, it's the White Ensign - the RN Flag.

I am sure you enjoy where you go, but it isn't what you could have done. I don't want to rub things in too much, but here are some photos of our trip to Vail last year. It's in Colorado by the way. Then a trip to Hawaii in a second blog - to follow.

I'm sure you don't want to see Ash and I, so I have left those out...especially where I fell off my skis! :)

Very pleasant here in San Diego. I hear that the weather in the UK has not been so good these last two weeks. You have to follow the Sun LL, like I do. Return home to Florida soon. You were a fool not to stay weren't you. All seems so long ago and far away to me now. Odd thought for you to consider...I have only proposed to three women in my life - my late wife, my wife now....and you. The only one to refuse/postpone was you. That ought to tell you something about your decision making...or perhaps not, because I know you realise that you made the wrong decision....quote...

"Why do I always make the wrong decsions"

Flaunting?

Just been amusing myself looking back over the last few years photos you have posted on social media. Have to say I had to smile quite a bit. Larger gets larger, if you know what I mean. FM in particular. I am still amazed at what you see in him, physically at any rate. Looks like out of the three of us I am the only one that is still the same weight as 10 years ago.

We'll be here in San Diego a little longer, then back home to Florida for the rest of the year and Christmas. No more holidays for you this year, I guess. Very pleasant here in SD in the low 70's and sunny. We'll be going back to the high 80's though. (Around 30 - 32C in your 'money'). I bet sometimes you wish you had made the 'right' decision instead of 'making all the wrong decisions'.

Earlier this year we went to Lake Tahoe for a winter break. Here are some photos of that little jaunt:

As Mr Depp says...I did and chose the second one. Boy! Am I glad I did!

I guess there's some food for thought there. Enjoy the read and reflect on your lot in life. 'Fridays are special' What god-dam state of life is it that, approaching 60 in a few months, that is the highlight of your life each week, plus food and a few G & T's.

I'll leave you to reflect on the facts of my travel, homes, cars plane and wealth and, above all, expanding family. As a memory jogger here are a few more photos. Check out my About Me profile too,

that will confirm a few things that you always doubted, that are in the public domain. It's amusing that you can't or won't respond as I am sure you would have to swallow a few doubts you once had that were completely unfounded. Unlike you, I never lie.

As I said in an earlier blog, one always finds one's level in life and it seems you have found yours...and appear comfortable with it, although I doubt that you are ecstatically happy with it.
