No doubt you rubbished me without giving your side of the the affair. Affair of course is the right term to use - those you indulged in behind my back. I'm surprised your new man trusts you that much. Although I am aware from something you said 7 years ago, that you are scared of crossing him.
Moving on to your friends. Did you tell them I married a rich American, that I was quite rich in my own right and that you had regrets after you had moved on? That you made the mistake of your life? I bet you didn't. If human nature is anything to go by and your nature in particular, then there is no way you would have admitted to getting your life so wrong yet again. One friend knows though....
Today we are enjoying soaring temperatures as we did yesterday. This is a bit of an exclusive island so I doubt you will ever make it here. The sea last night with the sun setting over it was exquisite and very romantic. That comes from your old 'friend' the incurable romantic.
What were you doing last night? Watching CBB and you didn't even know who the celebrities were. Pretty sad in my book and to watch that level of TV programme says a lot about you and your life. Then there's those fish sticks at the Jam Jar...and you supposed to be on a diet, too!

By the way, you appear to have lost a little weight, but he seems to have put some on. Ash and I - well we are pretty fit. I still weigh around 175lb (whoops sorry 12st 7lb) and Ash... well you've seen her photo, so you can guess that she's pretty fit...in all ways. Sorry about the weight thing but I have lived in the States for nigh on 7 years.
Talking of which we will be on our way back home in around a fortnight. Home in this case being New Hampshire as we like to spend the Fall there and we both have some catching up to do with horses, hunting, friends and in Ash's case fashion. Jon my VP in Florida will fly up with Ben. In case you don't recall Ben is my Retriever...he's been missing me, but S is pretty good at looking after him.
Your life seems to revolve around 'Fridays are special'. Aren't you fed up with the rut you are in? You once said you liked excitement in your life and not to be in a rut. Seems you backed the wrong horse, doesn't it. I will always remember your phrase ' why do I always make the wrong decisions'...because you do. You should have listened to a wiser and more astute head than the one you possess.
I am sure you now know what fracking is. Well Rick and I have been involved in it for the last four years. First in Texas and now we have licences for Pennsylvania. That's all I am going to tell you but if you or your man have any knowledge you'll figure out that from this one activity alone I am a very rich man. That doesn't include real estate, retail, etc etc. You never had a clue how wealthy I really was did you...such a fool up against a much cleverer person than you will ever be.
