New York...State of Mind

A weekend in New York City. Thought you might like to see the photos below. If you didn't, then the reason I am posting them is so you can see what a big mistake you made. When you get things wrong you sure do it in a big way.

I was just listening to Uptown Girl ...I thought of you, but then I thought of you as a downtown, downbeat sort of girl.

Do you realize that your tweets are beginning to sound like his, and you use his phraseology, which isn't the best. His mastery of English and grammar is pretty poor. To think you told me he was a journalist!! You are so easily impressed aren't you. Fools rush in, springs to mine. Like, when you thought you had left me. That was an impulsive thing wasn't it. In some ways I bet you really regret what you did and the decision you made. You made your bed and now you have to lie in it.

You once said, after we had both moved on, that I was lucky. No, I'm not lucky - I'm shrewd, intelligent, aware and don't act on impulse. I'm also honest, have integrity, loyal and have never let anyone down in my life Most of the things you are not. I have Ash and, in meeting her, yes, I was extremely lucky. You had a hand in that but you will never know how ;-).

You also said, quote, 'I have a low boredum (sic) threshold'. Well, I am surprised that you can live with all that football talk and viewing. You must be find that boredom (note the correct spelling) is a profession for you now. Compare that with the life you could have had and tell me which is the better...... You can tweet in a new account if you wish and just 'follow' me. Lines of communication:)

Lily

I think you are aware of a lady called Lily that I spent some time with in Greece and here and the UK, after we parted...or was it before, I forget ;-) No...it was after.

Anyway, whatever order it was in we stay in touch. It was how I ended up with buying a place on Skyros and gaining my other 'boat'. Sadly, she had cancer a short while ago hence the head covering but is in remission now. 

A lovely lady and another who outclassed you by miles. I thought you might like to see some photos I took and some she has sent me since. Funny isn't it of all the women I met, only you are the small minded one, only you were the one who having gained another man was jealous when I met several ladies, only you are the one who can't keep in touch and only you were the one who lied and acted quite immorally on several levels. Honesty and honor being but two of them. 

Water under the bridge of course but I don't think, in fact I know you didn't get the best end of the deal with the life you lead and who you lead it with.

Enough of that...take a look at Lily. That should get that old jealousy going.....:)) Where her hair is dark and short, that is post op....the others...well that would be telling ;-)
