Brief Update

Thought I would update you LL, while you are wandering the northern hills and valleys.

After I returned to New Hampshire, I entertained friends for about 4-5 days and spent some time in Kennebunkport on the coast. Then down here to New York for a little sophistication with a friend at my Manhattan apartment. Long way from my time with you isn't it. But then You didn't know everything about me did you.

Your recent photos confirm to me that physically speaking, I made the right decision back in 2004 when I started to arrange things so that you would eventually leave of your own accord. Naturally, I had to maintain the pretence beyond our parting and create the illusion I wanted you back. I did in a sort of way, but I wasn't sure. One thing for sure I would never have left you high and dry as you thought.

I'm going back to Massachusetts for Independence Day then for some R & R in Las Vegas. I need to visit San Diego and San Francisco ...oh ....  and a couple of friends in LA. Just think LL you could have enjoyed all of this but then again perhaps it isn't your scene.

I'll leave it there. For one thing I have to be in Nantucket in the morning.
