Brief Note

Sitting looking out over the blue and turquoise ocean that is the South Pacific from here in New South Wales, seems a million miles from the life I had for two years with you.

Tearing up and down the country to get there in time for your lunch hour and then discovering a little later your misdemeanours. What a life that was! Not sure what I was thinking back then. Maybe that you might join me for life, but that never happened.

Right in front of my penthouse apartment (only three floors up) is a strip of bush and trees which bind the sand together and prevent erosion by the sea. Cockatoos, Loriqueets etc fly in and out of the bush in an explosion of color, and beyond just over the low treelike is the ocean where each  morning I look out on pods of dolphins swimming up and down just beyond the surf. Not a bad life!

The seafood is so fresh here that it seems to have just left the ocean. Steaks are great too.

That's all for now LL

Ciao
